By accessing or using VASPdirectory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Permitted Use

VASPdirectory is provided for lawful, personal, and professional reference use only. You may access and view records for compliance, due diligence, and research purposes.

Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:

• Scraping, crawling, spidering, or automated extraction of data by any means, including bots, scripts, or browser automation tools
• Bulk downloading, copying, or reproducing the compiled dataset or any substantial portion of it
• Using the data to build, populate, or enhance any competing directory, database, or data product
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing VASPdirectory data to third parties
• Any action that imposes an unreasonable load on VASPdirectory infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or automated high-frequency requests
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems, or underlying data
• Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with any technical protection measures

Violations may result in permanent blocking of access and legal action where appropriate.

API Access

API access (where available) is subject to separate API Terms accepted at registration. API access does not grant rights to replicate, resell, or redistribute the underlying dataset. Rate limits apply to all API users.

Data & Accuracy

VASPdirectory sources information from official government regulator registers. Each record includes a direct source link and a Last Checked date. Records may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, compliance, or licensing advice.

No Liability

VASPdirectory is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VASPdirectory accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on information published here.

Privacy

VASPdirectory does not require account registration to access the directory. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. If you submit a correction, the information you provide is used solely to assess and action that submission.

Intellectual Property

The compiled data, structure, and presentation of VASPdirectory are protected under applicable copyright and database rights, including EU Sui Generis Database Rights where applicable. Unauthorised extraction or reuse of a substantial part of the database is prohibited.

VASPcode is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Data Corrections

If you believe a record is inaccurate, use the form below. Submissions without a verifiable official source URL cannot be actioned. VASPdirectory reserves the right to decline any submission at its discretion.
